International Affairs Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the impact of international political landscape, bilateral or multilateral relations on client strategies.
  • Provide policy recommendations and strategic insights for governments, international organizations or multinational companies.
  • Write special reports, white papers and briefings, and participate in client proposals and project design.
  • Monitor global diplomatic dynamics and summarize the impact analysis of hot topics.

Requirements:

  • Master degree or above in international relations, political science, regional studies or related majors.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with experience in diplomacy, think tanks, government or international organizations preferred.
  • Proficient in international political dynamics and able to conduct strategic analysis in a transnational environment.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Chinese and English; other languages are a plus.

Global Macroeconomic Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Track global macroeconomic data, analyze economic trends and their impact on the geopolitical environment.
  • Conduct country and regional macroeconomic research, and provide risk assessment and response advice to clients.
  • Support data analysis and economic modeling for strategic consulting projects.
  • Write economic analysis reports and participate in client roadshows and special lectures.

Requirements:

  • Master degree or above in economics, finance, statistics and other related majors.
  • More than 2 years of experience in macroeconomic research, financial market analysis or related consulting work.
  • Proficient in mainstream economic modeling and data analysis tools (such as Stata, R, Python, etc.).
  • Strong logical analysis and report writing skills.
  • Fluent in English, multilingual skills preferred.

Strategic Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with strategic advice based on geopolitical and policy backgrounds.
  • Assist in designing and executing consulting projects, including research, interviews, strategic seminars and other links.
  • Write strategic reports, executive summaries and implementation proposals, and participate in client reporting.
  • Track client industry trends and explore potential strategic risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Master degree or above in management, international affairs, strategic research or related majors.
  • More than 3 years of experience in strategic consulting or executive support, with MBB or international think tank background preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business sensitivity, able to transform complex data into executable suggestions.

Policy Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze foreign policies, legislative dynamics and international agreement processes of various countries.
  • Draft policy briefs, background analysis and response strategies to provide decision support for internal or customer services.
  • Support policy advocacy activities and participate in policy docking and stakeholder coordination.
  • Establish and maintain policy databases and analysis tools.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in public policy, political science, international law or related majors.
  • More than 2 years of relevant policy research or government affairs experience.
  • Ability to quickly analyze complex policy texts and convert them into practical suggestions.

Researcher

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and data collection for specific countries, regions or topics.
  • Support analysts and consultants in research, project execution and report writing.
  • Participate in the maintenance and update of company databases, knowledge bases and information systems.
  • Write basic content such as research briefs, data analysis and case studies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in international relations, economics, sociology and other related majors, master's degree preferred.
  • More than 1 year of internship or work experience in related fields.
  • Possess good information retrieval, data analysis and report writing skills.
