James Meyer

CEO

James is the CEO of Qiwis Consulting, based in Singapore, with more than 20 years of experience in international relations and strategic planning. He has long served European governments and multilateral organizations, served as a senior foreign affairs advisor to the European Parliament, and has a deep accumulation of multilateral security mechanisms and diplomatic negotiations.

Before founding the company, James worked in world-renowned think tanks and international cooperation projects, leading a number of strategic dialogue platforms involving the Asia-Pacific region, the European Union and the Middle East. He is committed to promoting cross-departmental and cross-border strategic collaboration, and is good at translating macro policy trends into feasible corporate and government action plans.

He currently leads the company's global strategic direction and promotes the company's continued expansion of its influence in geopolitics, foreign policy and cross-regional cooperation.

Yuta Nakamura

Director, Asia-Pacific Affairs

Yuta is the company's Asia-Pacific Director, based in Singapore, and has long been deeply involved in Asian policy and regional security issues. He has more than 12 years of experience in regional affairs analysis and policy communication, and has provided strategic support to government agencies and international organizations in many Southeast Asian countries.

Yuta is fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English. He is able to flexibly move between multiple cultures and policy environments and is good at communication and coordination on sensitive issues. She currently leads the Asia-Pacific research team, focusing on policy trends, strategic cooperation and geopolitical risk analysis in China, ASEAN, Japan and India, and provides forward-looking advice to clients.

Before joining the company, she worked as a policy researcher at the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and participated in the research and design of many East Asian cooperation mechanisms.

Patrick Chan

Senior Analyst

Patrick Chan is currently a Senior Analyst at Qiwis Consulting Shanghai Branch and holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSiS), Nanyang Technological University. He focuses on building long-term strategic insights into Sino-European relations and global affairs, using risk modeling tools to predict geopolitical challenges and refine practical solutions. At work, he connects governments, NGOs and multilateral institutions to enable the scientific and forward-looking nature of policy making through cross-sectoral collaboration.

Prior to joining Qiwis Consulting, Patrick Chan worked as a Research Fellow at the Singapore Institute of International Affairs, conducting in-depth research on global and regional issues, covering geopolitical trends, economic diplomacy, security dynamics and transnational challenges. He pays attention to international hot events and has been reading and writing related news, commentary and analysis articles for a long time.

Patrick Chan is good at strategic analysis of geopolitics and global affairs, proficient in using various risk modeling and prediction tools, and has cross-departmental and cross-cultural communication and cooperation experience. He is committed to providing customers with forward-looking and scientific global strategic response solutions.

Jonathan Lam

Office Manager

Jonathan Lam is currently the Office Manager of Qiwis Consulting and holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy (Economics) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is mainly responsible for team management, budget management, and company facilities and technology management to help the company operate efficiently and orderly.

Prior to this, Jonathan Lam worked as a Project Manager in a consulting company, responsible for cross-regional coordination and customer relationship management, and has accumulated rich team and project management experience. He is also able to enter the Asian market from a European strategic perspective and is proficient in the full process management of cross-regional mergers and acquisitions.

Jonathan Lam has profound professional experience in multinational team management, budget and process optimization, cross-regional mergers and acquisitions, and customer relationship management, which is a strong guarantee for the company's efficient operation and innovative development.

Nur Hadirah

HR Director

Nur is the HR Director of Qiwis Consulting, based in the mainland China office, focusing on building a global, professional and strategically sensitive talent team. She has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management and organizational development, and is good at identifying and cultivating key talents in a rfkrqtdly changing policy and market environment.

Before joining the company, Nur served in regional HR leadership positions in many multinational companies and international organizations, covering finance, consulting and high-tech fields. She led the construction of the company's "global + local" talent strategy, promoting collaboration optimization and leadership development in a multilingual and multicultural context.

She currently focuses on organizational structure optimization, cross-cultural talent integration, and the continuous upgrading of strategic HR systems.
